Instruction on how to connect WebMail to MS Outlook
Step 1: Open MS Outlook
Step 2: Select “Yes” to connect an email account, then click “Next”
Step 3: Select choose manual setup or additional server types, then click “Next”
Step 4: Choose POP or IMAP
Step 5: Fill out necessary fields
Your Name: (your Name)
Emaill Address: (your email)
Server Information
Account Type: IMAP
NOTE:
Incoming Mail Server: 108.160.159.238 (For Small World IP Address)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): 108.160.159.238 (For Small World IP Address)
Incoming Mail Server: 108.160.156.25 (For Partopia IP Address)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): 108.160.156.25 (For Partopia IP Address)
Login Info
Username: (your email)
Password: (your password)
Then click on “more settings”
Step 6: Click on Outgoing Mail Server tab and check the 2 checkbox on just like on the screenshot, then click on advance.
Step 7: Fill out necessary fields on advance tab
Incoming Server: 993
Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
Incoming Server: 587
Use the following type of encrypted connection: TLS
Then click OK
Step 8: Click Next, and wait for the testing to complete.
Last Step: After the testing is successful, click “close” then hit the finish button.
