Page Refresh & Sync
1. Refresh the page before addressing special plugins that cannot be automatically updated and wait for the sync to complete before proceeding.
2. After syncing, it will show you the number of websites with the specific plugin that needs to be updated. (Image Example: 32 websites for Elementor, 28 for Elementor Pro)
3. Clicking on it will give you the list of websites that requires updating.
Manual Updates
4. Login into cPanel.
5. Check the list of websites and look them up in cPanel.
6. Click on the ‘WordPress Manager’.
7. Click on ‘Login’ and it will redirect you to the WordPress dashboard.
Important Note
Update the PRO version before the regular version.
8. Click on ‘Partopia Backend’ (Festinger Vault), then click on ‘Plugin Updates’.
9. Update each plugin here.
10. If you are unable to locate ‘Elementor Pro’ in the list, go to Elementor —> License.
11. Reconnect the account.
12. Go to the ‘Plugins’ tab and ‘Deactivate’ and ‘Delete’ Elementor Pro.
13. After successfully removing Elementor Pro, upload it back manually and install. The file can be found in our drive.
14. Activate the plugin.
15. The Elementor free version can now be updated. And everything else in the plugin tab can now be updated as well.
16. Now do it again for the rest of the website in the list at ManageWP.
