Paste the first version on the first event Description space
You will have to edit the description so that it will correspond to the date, time and location of the event
On the bottom of the description, add the link to the Google Site
Check the description again, remove parts that requires additional info like this
Click on the attachment icon
Add the documents created so far including the Driving direction My Maps and GSite
Click on Save
Create 3 more events but name it Event 2, 3 and 4
For the event description, remember that we asked chat GPT to create 3 more variations, add one variation to each event.
After that is done, click on the first event > 3 dots icon > Publish Event
Copy the link of the event
Add a new Chrome tab and create a new Google Doc file via docs.new. Rename to Company Name – Events. (Service name – Events if you are creating a Service specific Gstack)
Paste the first link
Click on the second event and then the pencil icon
For the second event, instead of linking it to the G Site on the Description, link it to the first event made
Same process, copy the link and paste to the Events doc
On the 3rd event, add the link of the 2nd event, and on the 4th Event, add the link of the 3rd event, Paste all the URLS on the Google doc
Copy the link of the Event 4 back to event 2 description so that event 4 is linked from somewhere
Copy the link of the Document to the Master Doc
