Creating Entity

1. Once inside SIgnal Genesys Dashboard page, click on this icon to open the “Entities” page found on the top right area

2. Click “ADD ENTITY” button 

3. Fill this area based on the information provided in the GBP. Ask Ary for the contact person and email

4. For the Logo, go to the client’s website and save the logo as an image. Go back to SIgnal Genesys and click on the area that says “Click to upload” and select the image file that you saved from the clients website/

5. For the About Page, copy and paste the About Section that we generated in the previous step:
   
6. Select the “SAVE” button found on the bottom right of the page

Adding Google Place ID

7. Search Pleper Chrome Extension on Google

8. Download the Chrome Extension

9. Go to Google Maps and Search the Entity. On the right side, a pop-up will show, copy the “Place ID” number

10. Go back to the Entities page and click on the gear icon beside the entity you just created.

11. Click on Google Place ID

12. Click “Find Place ID”

13. Change to Manually Inserted, Paste the Place ID and click Save

14. New Entity Created
