06 YACSS Special Content: Entities Bullet and Table

  1. Open Google Sheets while logged into the support@partopia.ca google account
  1. Click Extensions > Wordlift > Open

  2. Select Analyze Entities

  3. Type in the keyword or enter the clients target URL (or service page) and click on Analyze Entities
  1. The WordLift extension will now generate a list of Entities. You will have to use your judgment to select the entities that are related to the keyword and then check the boxes corresponding to your chosen Entities. Ignore entities that are unrelated to your keyword, such as entities that are talking about competitors, other countries and cities, random things, cartoons, movies, politics, or anything else that has nothing to do with your clients business. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT BUSINESS YOUR CLIENT IS IN!
  1. After you have filtered the related entities copy the selected formulas with the hyperlinks to a notepad file
  1. Using ChatGPT, type in the prompt
    1. “Here’s a list of entities with their respective URLs:
(Paste The collected URLs from the notepad)”
  1. Copy the bullet point results in a word file
  1. Next, type in this prompt:
    1. Give this to me in a table format, with entity name, filled up description, and source link, hyperlinked to the word source, being the table columns.
  1. Copy the table result onto the same Word file as the bullet point results. It should look similar to the screenshot below:
  1. Open https://html5-editor.net/ and paste the 2 formats, bullet form first and then the table format separately later.
  1. Copy both of the HTML codes on the left side and paste it into a notepad file.
  2. Now, put this into a spintax format by entering a start with a open squiggly bracket
{ at the very beginning, and then using the straight line character | as a divider between the two formats, and then ending again with a closing squiggly bracket } .
  1. Save in the same folder with the other files. Name it as “ClientName_SpecialContent1_MonthYear”
