- At the bottom of the Guide sheet you’ll find the guide and the places you will record your upload info
- First cloud will most likely be Backblaze when starting with a new client. This will alternate later on for future months when you are building your next stack for the same client.
After you have finished building your site and click generate, go to My Websites menu found on the left
- Select the cloud icon of the newly created website
- Select Backblaze
Note: There are currently 5 bucket types that we should use depending on what category our clients fall into:
- Construction
- Health-and-wellness
- Legal-Services (or lawyer services)
- Food-Services
- Cleaning-Services
IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT FALL INTO THESE CATEGORIES, CONTACT YOUR MANAGER.
- Select Client: Ary Azez
Select Account: Backblaze
Click on the add icon for the Bucket
- If our client is a law firm, we should select “legal-services” as the bucket for this example.
- Next will be the directory. In naming the directory, follow this format:
brand-Keyword-number (I used 01 for this stack since it is the first stack we built for this keyword and client, so if you use the same keyword in the future, use 02)
- Click on upload
- A popup will show, select ‘No,Upload without edit option’
- It will redirect you the My Uploads page, once done uploading, copy the main URL
- Go back to the Guide sheet and update the details
- Go back to YACSS site and download the CSV. Click on the blue download icon and select CSV
- Rename the downloaded CSV as “brandname_keyword_backblaze_monthyear” and place it on the same folder with other files. Open the CSV file and scroll down to copy the sitemap URL
- Go back to the Google Sheet Guide and paste the URL there
- Go back to the YACSS site and click on My Websites found on the left
- Click on the 3 dots icon on the newly built website and select regenerate
- Click on the Footer tab
- On the Useful Link section, paste the URL from the Backblaze cloud and choose a keyword from the keyword list as an Anchor text. No follow must be unchecked
- At the bottom click Regenerate, and then wait
- Click on Upload and select the next cloud on where we will upload which is Wasabi (refer to the Google Sheet for the sequence)
- Select Ary Azez for Client and Wasabi for the Account. Same procedure with Backblaze, choosing the appropriate bucket (which is legal-services for this example) and type the given format in the directory. Click on Upload when finished.
Note: For amazon, select lawyer-services for the bucket because legal-services is already taken
- The same process with Backblaze, update the sheet, download the CSV file, copy and paste to the sheet, but the tab will be different
- Go back to YACSS site, do the same process, add the wasabi URL now and choose another keyword from the keyword file. Also document the keywords used in the sheet.
When you reach Scaleway, you should have 9 links on the Useful links Section
