THE POINT OF THIS IS THAT SO WE CAN HAVE DIFFERENT KEYWORDS FROM THE FIRST BATCH OF CLOUD STACK THAT WE GENERATED, SO YOU’LL HAVE TO DO THIS STEP AGAIN

NOTE:

• We need to gather a minimum of 400 keywords for a 100 page stack.
• Main keyword should be at the top of the txt file
• Don’t include competitor brands as keywords.
• Double check on the keywords if it is still related to the main keyword or to the service our client is providing. (Other keywords that are suggested are just spam, i.e. spelling mistakes, fake words)
• Don’t include keywords that mentions other cities outside of your target city

Step 1: Gather All Keywords Using ONE of the methods below

Option 1: Keywordtool.io

1. Go to https://keywordtool.io/ and type in the main keyword on the space provided. Change the location to the service city.
   
2. Copy all the keywords suggested and paste it in a Google Sheet File file.

3. On the Google sheet doc, inside the cell that is beside the keyword, type in the formula 

5. Hover the cursor to the corner right of the cell until it will transform into a cross. Drag down to all the keywords so that the formula will apply to all.

6. Copy the keywords into a Notepad file. The first keyword on the list should be the Main Keyword

Option 2: Keywords Everywhere

1. If you are using Google Chrome with [email protected] account logged in, Keywords Everywhere Google chrome extension is already activated. 

2. Search the main keyword on Google

3. On the bottom right of the page, click on “Add All Keywords” and click on “Export CSV”

4. A csv file will be downloaded to your PC. Open the file. What we’ll need is only the column A. delete all other information 

5. Beside the keyword, type in the formula =Proper(“cell number”)

6. Hover the cursor to the corner right of the cell until it will transform into a cross. Drag down to all the keywords so that the formula will apply to all.

7. Double check on the keywords, makes sure there are no competitor keywords or unrelated keywords

8. Copy the remaining keywords to the Notepad file

Option 3: YACSS Keyword Generator

1. Login to https://app.yacss.site/ and go to AI Keyword Generator

2. Input the Main Keyword on the space provided and click Process

3. Choose list on the Response format
   

4. Copy and paste into a Google Sheet Document

5. Click on Process at least 2 more times to generate other results and copy on Google Sheet

6. On the Google sheet doc, inside the cell that is beside the keyword, type in the formula =Proper(“cell number”)

7. Hover the cursor to the corner right of the cell until it will transform into a cross. Drag down to all the keywords so that the formula will apply to all.

8. Add the keywords to the notepad file

Option 4: ChatGPT

1. Go to chat.openai.com and type in the prompt:
   1. “Based on these keywords, generate another 100 SEO keywords:
      (Place clients top 10 keywords here)

2. Copy and paste all the results in a google sheet and remove unrelated keywords. Inside the Google sheet doc, inside the cell that is beside the keyword, type in the formula =Proper(“cell number”)

3. Hover the cursor to the corner right of the cell until it will transform into a cross. Drag down to all the keywords so that the formula will apply to all.

4. Regenerate the results in ChatGPT until you will get the minimum amount of keywords required 

5. Copy and paste everything to the Notepad

Step 2: Removing Duplicates

1. Copy all the gathered keywords in the Notepad file to a Google Sheet

2. Go to Data and click on Remove Duplicates (note: might be different in Excel vs Sheets)

3. Click on OK button

4. Replace the data on the Notepad with the new data from Google Sheets. Save the notepad file in your PC, place your finished text file in a folder together with other files needed for the YACSS. Name this text file as “ClientName_Keyword_MonthYear”.txt.
   Ex: “ManhasHealth_PhysiotherapyNearMe_Sept2024.txt”
