We have to Generate 6 articles using Zimmwriter
On the AdsPower VPS, there is a Zimmwriter folder on there. Open the folder.
Select Start
Click OK
Click Bulk Writer
Now go to Chat GPT and type in this prompt:
You will act as my SEO content writing assistant. I will give you the company details, and I want you to create 6 Press Release Titles for me in bullet point format.
Company Name:
Google Business Profile Description:
Company Address:
Subject of Press Release (Targeted Keyword):
Copy the generated titles and paste it on Zimmwriter
Copy these settings and then click on Start Bulk Writer after
Select “I confirm I want to proceed”
The status of the articles written will be shown on the lower left of the screen
A pop-up will show once the articles are finished. You can close it.
Search Zimmwriter in your Search bar and open the folder
Click on the Output folder
Inside, you’ll see the written articles. Copy the text Files to the Articles Folder
Fixing the Article Format #
When you copy the text files on the GoogleDrive, it will show an icon like this:
Open the file and click on “Open with Google Docs”
It will automatically create a Google Doc file on the Folder. After you created Google Doc File for all the six articles, delete the text files so the folder will be clean and will look like this
Open the first Article and delete the part as shown below:
The line with one hashtag, convert it to H1 and remove the hashtag sign. Follow the steps shown below:
For the lines with 2 hashtags, convert it to H2s, same process
Remove the Conclusion Part
After the Article Paste the Name of the Client’s Company in H2
Below the Company name will be the GBP Description and some of the information that are shown below:
Do these steps for all the articles in the Articles folder
Change the General Access of the link on the Share menu to Public > Viewer
Copy the links of each document once done and go to the Gstacks Sheet
Paste all the links to the Articles section of the sheet
Copy the link of the Article Folder as well on the Gstack sheet and the Master Doc
Go back to each document and add an H2 at the bottom with the text “Recommended Resources”
Go to the Gstack sheet and copy the links from GMB Maps to Twitter
Paste it below the H2: Recommended Resources on the Article
Do this for all the articles
Now save a PDF version of the articles
Upload the PDFs to the PDFS folder
Change the general access to Public> Viewer
Copy the links of each PDF to the PDFs Section of the Gstack Sheet
