Open the Sheet that is generated by Backlink Factory and click on Tools. Select Create new form
A new form will be named based on the main sheet sheet. Add the Company description from the GBP below the Form name
Add a question with a Yes or No answer
The question should be: Are you looking for (SERVICE + CITY)
Click Duplicate Icon once done
Add the Contact details shown in this format below:
Click Duplicate once done
Go to Settings Tab, and then click on the Responses dropdown menu, turn off all the options as shown below
Add the Link to the Master Doc and the GStacks Sheet
