On the Slides folder, create a Slide version for each article that we generated on the previous step. This means we will have 6 slides total
On the first slide, add the Company Name as the Heading or the Service+Location, depending what Gstack are you currently making, in this example, I am making a G Stack for the Company. On the Subheading, add the Address, Phone number, Email, and all the other details shown below:
Next slides will be the contents. Use your judgment in dividing the contents so that it will not be congested on one slide
On each page of the slide, add the Recommended Resources from the GStack sheet (same process with the previous SOP on Google Docs Articles)
Repeat the process for all the Articles until you get 6 Slide Documents
Name the Slides by Related Entities or Keywords. This will be the keywords used for the Google SIte Pages later
For each slide go to the share menu and change the General Access to Public > Viewer. Copy the link after.
Paste the links to the Gstack Sheet for each slide
(We already pasted the Slide Folder link in the previous SOP on the Gstack Sheet and the Master Doc: 15. SOP: Gstack – Creating Articles, PDF)
Download the Slides into PDFs and PPTX format and then upload to the MSFT folder
(The MSFT Folder link is already copied to the Master doc as well
