When creating Press Release articles for new entity/client follow this sequence:
1. SOP: BULK WRITING OF PRESS RELEASE ARTICLES USING ZIMMWRITER
2. SOP: FIXING ARTICLE FOR PRESS RELEASE
3. SOP: CREATING ENTITY IN SIGNAL GENESYS
5. SOP: PUBLISHING PRESS RELEASE ARTICLES IN SIGNAL GENESYS
When creating Press Release articles for entities that are already on Signal Genesys Follow this:
1. SOP: BULK WRITING OF PRESS RELEASE ARTICLES USING ZIMMWRITER
2. SOP: FIXING ARTICLE FOR PRESS RELEASE
5. SOP: PUBLISHING PRESS RELEASE ARTICLES IN SIGNAL GENESYS
Note: When you do the Zimmwritter step, it already generates 10 articles, make Sure to check the Press Release Folder on the Company Google Drive if there are articles already generated before proceeding with the article generation step
