Log in to Knownhost
Go to Helpdesk Window which you can access on the right side of your screen,
Select “Create a Ticket”
Select Support
Input the current hosting details in the ticket so that Knownhost can access the current hosting and transfer the website themselves. Put “Website Migration as subject.
After that, follow the instructions that they will provide or give them the details that they need in order for the website migration to be successful.
